B-BBEE
Quad International Logistics is a 100% South African owned Company operating in the freight forwarding, customs clearing and logistics sector, and, as such, complies with the broad-based BEE codes of Good practice and therefor a contributor to B-BBEE.
The shareholders in the Company are:
- Premanand Naidoo, a black shareholder who is operationally involved in the business on a full-time basis. His daily job functions are at a senior top level from a perspective of the B-BBEE Codes and he is further an executive director of the company.
- Quad Logistics Holdings.
On an ongoing basis, Quad International Logistics aims to stay totally committed to B-BBEE and has every intention of ensuring that its ownership stays with at least a 25% black shareholding.
